CHES & RIO  - Contact Sue Beattie at (506)455-8410 for more information or for a visit.

Two sweet Shibas with wonderful temperaments need a new forever home due to extreme personal and work changes. They really need to go to a new home together as they are such best friends and and bring out the best in each other. Both have been well loved & cared for and are in excellent health. They have been fed a raw diet for over three years and have had minimal vaccinations. They can be left loose in the house when humans are out and they love to share a bed. They will need a fenced yard or lots of walks, because, like 99% of Shibas, they will run if they get loose.

They are: "Rio" a five-year old little sesame girl and "Ches" a three-year old red boy. Rio was the first Shiba in the home and, as many Shibas are, she was quite shy around strangers.
When Ches joined the family as a puppy, Rio responded to Ches' outgoing nature, lost much of her shyness and began to interact more quickly with strangers.

The above photos are of "Rio".
She loves to play fetch with a tennis ball or any toy and will return the item to your feet for another throw.
She loves water and will drop the ball into a little pool & go in fishing for it.
She is a snuggler & loves to have her butt scratched.
She is not aggressive at all around other dogs, but sometimes gets herself into trouble by getting into their space.
Rio has no fear of thunderstorms or other loud noises.
She doesn't like it, but will tolerate having her nails clipped.
Her favourite place to relax is on the back of a sofa or chair so she can look out a window.
In short, Rio is a sweet girl with high play energy - a real joy to live with.

Ches' CKC registered name is Akanami Dancing Wolf.
He is a happy-go-lucky boy who hasn't met a person he didn't like and gets along with children and other dogs.
Ches greets people at the door by holding a toy in his mouth & making the strangest assortment of vocal sounds.
This boy has no fear of thunderstorms or anything else we know of.
He will allow his nails to be ground or clipped.
He is a real snuggler who loves to cuddle in bed.
Ches isn't fond of water, but doesn't mind a bath.
In short, Ches is a sweet, lovable boy with the most beautiful and great personality.
